I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
35 Beverley Terrace Cullercoats - APPLICATION NO: 26/00901/FULH Mr D Humphreys is applying for planning permission for Proposed single storey rear extension to existing garage building. 

Alterations to garage frontage. Addition of roof windows and PV panels to existing garage roof. 

It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
8C Front Street Tynemouth - APPLICATION NO: 26/00874/FUL Mr Michael Kearney is applying for planning permission for Replace PVC glazed windows to the front of the property (2nd floor sitting room) with double glazed wooden sashes and new outer box to match original windows. It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area. 

As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

If you wish to make representations about the application you should do so in writing within 21 days (excluding bank holidays) of the publication of this notice to the Planning Service at the address shown at the end of this notice.
