PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.

26DIS/1789- Dr Martin Luther King Jr Building, Royal Albert Dock (3) Applicant National Museums Liverpool. To discharge conditions 3 (method statement) and 4 (materials) attached to planning reference 26L/0678.

26H/0653- 139 Hunts Cross Avenue (25) Applicant Ms
Louise Clarke. To erect an outbuilding to the rear of the
garden.

26L/1816 - 12 Falkner Square (8) Applicant Daniel Demarmels. To carry out internal alterations to second floor, including removal of modern partitions and full rear wall of the existing bathroom. To erect a new partition wall to sub divide the existing bedroom and enlarge bathroom with a new doorway.

25H/2259 - 9 Sefton Drive (8) Applicant Samuel Graham. Retrospective application for the retention of 14 no. solar panels to the roof of the property.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 23rd July 2026 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. Please note that any comments sent can be seen by members of the public, including the applicant.
