Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made to Chesterfield Borough Council.

CHE/26/00420/LBC - Side extension & rebuilding of retaining wall at 9 Church Street Old Whittington S41 9QN. Reason: Listed Building Consent

CHE/26/00453/LBC - Replacement of 2No. double doors & frames at Market Hall, Market Place, S40 1AR. Reason: Listed Building Consent

CHE/26/00426/FUL - Installation of 3 no. external air source heat pump units at Belgrave Trade Park, Unit 1 Walton Road S40 3DL. Reason: setting of a listed building.

CHE/26/00416/FUL - Change of use of upper floor offices to 4 apartments, with a first floor extension & external alterations at 42D Knifesmithgate, S40 1RQ. Reason: Conservation Area

Any person who wishes to make representations to the Council should make them in writing within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice.
