2. Planning Permission & Listed Building Consent for installation of Solar PV panels into roof at 21-23, Bond Street, Dewsbury. Application Nos. 2026/91377 & 2026/91378.

The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building

3. Change of use of fabric manufacturer and alterations to form mixed-use site comprising 2 no retail units, 1 no hairdressers/beauty salon and 2 no vehicle service/MOT workshops with associated works at Park House, Brooke Street, Cleckheaton. Application No. 2026/91555. The following planning applications have been received which are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

4. Alterations to lower ground floor to form 1 apartment at Sunnyside Care Home, 6-8, Oxford Road, Dewsbury. Application No. 2026/90817.

5. Change of use from solicitor’s office (Class E) to four self-contained residential flats (Class C3), including replacement shopfront, erection of front and rear dormers, pitched roof to existing rear extension and associated external alterations at Rks Solicitors Ltd, 71, Daisy Hill, Dewsbury. Application No. 2026/91500.
