The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building
3. Change of use of fabric manufacturer and alterations to form mixed-use site comprising 2 no retail units, 1 no hairdressers/beauty salon and 2 no vehicle service/MOT workshops with associated works at Park House, Brooke Street, Cleckheaton. Application No. 2026/91555. The following planning applications have been received which are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

5.
