What is planned?

Notice is hereby given that the TANDRIDGE DISTRICT

COUNCIL has received the following applications for planning permission, a departure, major development or which affect a listed building, conservation area, Tree Preservation Order or Public Right of Way. 

The application details are available to view and comment on at www.tandridge.gov.uk/planning, or comment in writing to Council Offices, Oxted, RH8 0BT. Comments should be made within 24 days of this notice.

2026/562 & 2026/605 (Listed Building) - Pagefield Cottage, Scotts Hill, Outwood, Redhill. Demolition of the existing 6-bay detached Garage, & the erection of a single-storey detached Annexe building. Existing rear bathroom window to be replaced, with new opening increased in depth. Associated hard & soft landscaping works to suit the proposed Annexe.

2026/718 - 20 Stanhopes, Limpsfield, Oxted. Loft conversion including two rear dormers & three roof lights to front & garage conversion.

2026/673 & 2026/701 (Listed Building) - The Oast House, Lingfield Lodge Farm, Moor Lane, Marsh Green, Edenbridge. Erection of a single-storey side/rear extension & associated works.

2026/530 - Old Pack House, Church Lane, Godstone. Repair Timber Frame & some panel infill.

2026/559 - Development Site South of Ship Hill House, Ship Hill, Tatsfield, Westerham, TN16 2AH. Demolition of existing buildings & erection of 84 dwellings with associated works (Outline application with all matters reserved except access, layout & scale).

2026/641 & 2026/661 (Listed Building) - Beresford Court, Westerham Road, Limpsfield, Oxted. Conversion of garage to a habitable space.

2026/712 - Elm Farm, Farleigh Common, Warlingham. Conservation Area Consent for demolition of former storage building.

2026/650 - Farindons, High Street, Dormansland, Lingfield. Hybrid application for phased residential development comprising: in full, access arrangements including new pedestrian footpath into New Farthingdale & conversion of Farindons into 4 town houses. In outline: erection of up to 65 dwellings with all matters reserved.

2026/731 - Durant Hollies, Hookwood Park, Limpsfield, Oxted. Demolition of existing single storey rear extension & conservatory. Erection of single storey rear extension & orangery.

2026/734 - Orchard Cottage, 20 Beadles Lane, Oxted. Erection of single storey detached outbuilding to be used as a habitable annexe.
