An application for outline planning permission for a residential development (up to 80 dwellings) associated enabling works, infrastructure, landscaping and the construction of new vehicular accesses off Magerson Way, Great Oldbury is being prepared. As part of this process the views of local people are being sought on the proposals.
A public consultation website has been created which gives information on the proposal and provides an opportunity to discuss and give feedback.
