NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has received applications for:
DM/26/1524 - Variation of condition no 2 relating to planning application
DM/24/3077 - To allow for design changes. Removal of condition nos.
10 and 13. Sussex House, Perrymount Road, Haywards Heath, West
Sussex RH16 1DN
Being an application affecting the Setting of a Conservation Area
DM/26/1404 - Proposed single-storey rear infill extension. Upgrade of
existing single glazed timber sash windows on the front elevation to
vacuum double glazing and replacement of all existing UPVC casement
windows on the rear elevations with conservation style sash windows of
the same material / finish. Replacement of existing concrete roof tiles
with slate tiles. Install of 1 No. sun tunnel to rear south-facing roof.
Demolition and replacement of existing lean-to single-storey rear
extension of timber construction with wall-mounted pergola. Replacement
of greenhouse and raised planters at the rear of the garden with an open
carport of timber construction with small raised patio to create stepped
access from rear garden. Install of external air-conditioning unit to the
