What is planned?

The following applications have been submitted for Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent or fall within a Conservation Area.

- 2026/0343/FUL
405 High Street: Change of use from beauty (use class E) to mixed use bar (use class Sui Generis) and restaurant (use class E). (Retrospective) 

- 2026/0366/LBC
6 Northgate: Replacement of existing front dormer windows (listed building consent). 

- 2026/0375/FUL & 2026/0376/LBC
Hillside Boarding House, 1-2 Lindum Terrace: Proposed conversion, alteration and extension of Watkins Hall and Hillside House to provide 29 residential units, including 4 single storey extensions to Hillside House and erection of a detached part single storey, part two storey coach house building, with associated external works, landscaping, parking and ancillary development. 

- 2026/0338/FUL
39 Bailgate: Change of use from dwelling (Use Class C3) to hotel/guest house (Use Class C1).

- 2026/0380/LBC
Flats 1-38 And 39-70, Doughty's Court: External alterations to add 4no. new roof openings including 3no. automatic smoke ventilation roof windows and 1no. louvred smoke vent at existing roof levels above existing internal stair/lift enclosures. (Listed Building Consent). 

- 2026/0370/PSI
Maternity Building, Lincoln County Hospital, Greetwell Road: Erection of 2 plant towers.

The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
