Proposed development at: Land To The West Of Clyst Road Topsham

I give notice that Waddeton Park Ltd is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:-

Application Number: 26/1071/MOUT

Outline application seeking approval for access only (including highway works to Clyst Road) for the phased development of up to 35 dwellings (35% Affordable Housing), open space and associated infrastructure. Matters of landscaping, appearance, layout, and scale reserved

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
