I have been unable to serve notice on the owners of the land because I do not know their names and addresses.
Any owner* of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to: Planning and Building Control, Breckland Council, Elizabeth House, Walpole Loke, Dereham, Norfolk, NR19 1EE by 19/07/2026
"Owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest with at least seven years unexpired.
