What is planned?

Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received by BCP Council.

P/26/02365/OUT Land North of Magna Road EIA Development: Outline planning application (access with all other matters reserved) for the phased development of up to 1200 dwellings, local centre (comprising retail, business, offices, poly clinic, community hall, mobility hub, care home and a proportion of said homes), primary school and early years provision, greenspace and associated infrastructure

This is an EIA development in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017, and an Environmental Statement accompanies this application.

Proposed expansion of existing Eco Park comprising of an increase in the throughput of recycling and energy recovery processes, including the expansion of an already consented Energy Recovery Facility for the generation of electricity and heat through a low-emission thermal process using non-hazardous residual waste, together with the associated reconfiguration of existing and permitted uses, landscaping and associated works.
