What is planned?
THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (BELLE ISLE ROAD, GILBERT STREET EAST AND GILBERT STREET WEST, HUCKNALL (PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND PARKING PLACES) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026 (4331)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be in respect of roads at Hucknall in the District of Ashfield:-
1. Proposed prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following lengths of road:
Belle Isle Road, Hucknall (south-east side)
From its junction with Derbyshire Lane in a south-westerly direction for 12 metres.
From a point 22 metres south-west of its junction with Derbyshire Lane in a south-westerly direction for 20 metres.
Gilbert Street East, Hucknall (north-east side)
From its junction with Watnall Road in a north-westerly direction to and including its north-western extremity.
Gilbert Street East, Hucknall (south-west side)
From its junction with Watnall Road in a north-westerly direction to its north-western extremity.
Gilbert Street West, Hucknall (north-east side)
From its junction with Belle Isle Road in a south-easterly direction for 52 metres.
Gilbert Street West, Hucknall (south-west side)
From its junction with Belle Isle Road in a south-easterly direction for 53 metres.
2. To provide 2 Hours parking, No Return within 1 hour. Operating Mon – Fri 8am – 6pm along the following length of road: -
Belle Isle Road, Hucknall (south-east side)
From a point 12 metres south-west of its junction with Derbyshire Lane in a south-westerly direction for 10 metres.
