WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2026/00560: Stainton Le Vale: T Genny & R Bartle: Manor Cottage, Back St: remove single storey extension & erect 2 storey extension & garage(affects right of way)
b) WL/2026/00562: Caistor: I Fakhouri: 26A Market Place: conversion of 1 maisonette into 2, remove chimney stack, & re-covering rear roof.
c) WL/2026/00568: Tealby: D Harris: Tennyson D’Eyncourt Memorial Hall, Beck Hill: ground floor extension, accessible access & parking, & installation of ASHPs & solar panels.

lindsey.gov.uk/planning or at the Guildhall, Marshall’s Yard, Gainsborough, DN21 2NA. Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Anyone requiring an acknowledgement should state this in writing and send a stamped SAE.
