What is planned?

LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

PLANNING NOTICE
The following application has been submitted for planning permission accompanied by an environmental statement: 

PL/0016/25 – land to the west of Moy Park Facility and the south of the A153, Anwick – for proposed erection and operation of biogas plant (biogas generated on site upgraded to biomethane, with a range of by-products for export) including connection to the national gas transmission system, associated highway modifications (including new road link to Moy Park Facility from the A153), proposed landscaping and associated development (including pipeline connections).

The proposed development affects a Public Right of Way and the setting of a Grade II Listed Building.

Further information has been submitted by StreamBioenergy UK Ltd in relation to the environmental statement which has already been provided for this application for planning permission on 18 March 2025. 

Members of the public may obtain copies of the further information from Axis at 1st Floor Barfield House, Alderley Road, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 1PL so long as stocks last, at a charge of £50.00.

Details can be viewed via www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/planning or at our offices in Lincoln, by appointment only at all reasonable hours. Observations can be made online or in writing to County Offices, Newland, Lincoln, quoting the application number, no later than 30 days from this publication.
