What is planned?
PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC CONSULTATION EVENT
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2013 &
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION) (SCOTLAND) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2021.
Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant for proposed development at site at 30 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, G3 8JU, for the following:
‘Erection of residential led mixed use development including Class 1A (Retail, Financial, Professional and other Services) Class 3 (Food & Drink) and Class 11 (Leisure) with associated access, landscaping, parking and infrastructure.’
A series of consultation events are being held by L&S Glasgow Finnieston Limited. Two in-person consultation events will be carried out. An initial round of consultation will be held on Wednesday 8th July 2026 between 2pm and 7pm at The Pyramid at Anderston, 759 Argyle Street, G3 8DS. During this time, members of the project team will be available to respond to any questions and receive feedback on the proposals.

If you wish to make comments on the proposals shown at this first event, you may do so via a feedback form available at the event or the project website, by email (finniestonstreet@consultationonline.co.uk) or in writing to Cavendish Consulting no later than Friday 24th July 2026.
Please note, this notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
