The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Diversion of Highway (East Midlands) (No.12) Order 2026” authorising the stopping up and diversion of a length of Footpath LHal/5/1 at Little Hale Fen, in the District of North Kesteven. This is to enable development as permitted by Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, under reference APP/R2520/W/25/3363027.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting SUO5857943).
They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at North Kesteven District Council, Kesteven Street, Sleaford, NG34 7EF.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 1 July 2026.
