Ref: 80118/APP/2026/1413 Pavement outside 107 High Street, Ruislip. Proposal: Installation of stand alone frame with defibrillator and bleed kit cabinets for community use (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the council, affect the character or appearance of Ruislip Village Conservation Area).

Ref: 6616/APP/2026/1410 Land rear of 122-123 High Street, Uxbridge. Proposal: Variation of Condition 3 (Landscaping) and 7 (Sustainable Water Management) of planning permission ref. 6616/APP/2019/3268, dated 02-10-20 (Demolition of the existing car showroom building and the construction of a three-storey building with 7 residential units (6 x 2-bed, 1 x 1-bed), together with the creation of a new vehicular access point, car parking, landscaping and associated works) to amend car parking and landscaping arrangement within the rear service yard (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the council, affect the character or appearance of Old Uxbridge/Windsor Street Conservation Area).

Proposal: Installation of stand alone frame with defibrillator and bleed kit cabinets for community use (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the council, affect the character or appearance of Northwood Town Centre, Green Lane Conservation Area).

Ref: 38074/APP/2026/1405 Prospect House, 97 Oxford Road. Proposal: Replacement of existing rear ramp and construction of rear terrace with associated structures. Refurbishment of the existing fourth floor terrace with associated structures and landscaping. Construction of front entrance canopy. Alterations to existing facade glazing. Reorganisation and provision of car and cycle parking, hard and soft landscaping works and associated development (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the council, affect the character or appearance of Uxbridge Lock Conservation Area). 

Ref: 76641/APP/2026/1411 Chaplin House, Moorhall Road. Proposal: Conversion of 5 office car parking spaces into hand car wash, including the installation of a canopy on Moorhall Road (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the council, affect the character or appearance of Widewater Lock Conservation Area).
