Land to the rear of Gladwish Lodge Headcorn Road Sutton Valence ME17 3EL
The above Order was made on 30th June 2026.
The effect of the Order is to allow for implementation of the Planning Permission
(ref: 25/504176/FULL) proposal:- Erection of a detached self-build dwelling alongside the provision of a garage including annexe ancillary to dwelling, parking/turning arrangements and soft landscaping works
A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at The Maidstone Council Offices Maidstone House, King Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 6JQ during normal office hours by appointment only (Except Bank Holidays.

Not later than 30th July 2026.

If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
