The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
26/0825/FH - South Lodge Farm, South Lodge Road, Stelling Minnis, Canterbury, CT4 6BL - Erection of agricultural building.
26/0895/FH - Coxsole Farm, Bossingham Road, Stelling Minnis, Canterbury, CT4 6AQ - Erection of a porch, addition of vents, replacement double glazed timber windows, enlargement of windows to kitchen and garden room, replacement timber doors, new French door to garden room, lowering of external ground level, removal of chimney, rainwater goods to be replaced with cast iron, removal of render from south west elevation, installation of cast iron air bricks and repairs to roof using reclaimed tiles & replacement of defective roof timbers to main dwelling. Installation of PV panels to detached outbuilding.

Replacement of defective timbers to house, roof repairs to house & barn to include insertion of insulation. Internal works to include; removal of plaster, insertion of wall insulation, replacement ceilings. Erection of partition to utility and kitchen. Raising of ceilings in dormers to include insertion of insulation, removal of existing & erection of new wall to bathroom, new timber handrail and balustrade to stairs. Installation of PV panels to barn.
26/0950/FH - Rigdens, The Square, Elham, Canterbury, CT4 6TJ - Listed Building Consent for removal of internal wall and access to existing chimney for woodburner.
26/0959/FH - 94 Seabrook Road, Hythe, CT21 5QD - Single storey rear extension, alterations to the raised rear deck & retaining wall arrangement, adjustments to the first floor balcony & front entrance pillars including privacy screen.
26/0961/FH - 12 Ingles Road, Folkestone, CT20 2SN - Erection of a single storey side extension and erection of garage following demolition of shed.
26/0975/FH - Channel Tunnel Terminal, Ashford Road, Newington, Folkestone, CT18 8XX - Request for Approval under the terms of The Channel Tunnel Act 1987 for the erection of a tunnel training simulator.

Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
