TONBRIDGE & MALLING BOROUGH COUNCIL TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACTS – NOTICES OF APPLICATIONS

The following applications have been submitted to the Council and are being advertised for the reason(s) given in each case.

26/01065/FL& 26/01066/LB – The Old Vicarage 126 High Street West Malling Kent ME19 6NE – Mr C Nelson is applying to demolish existing conservatory and part side walls of later additions, to form New Orangery including conversion of existing garage to Artists studio. Reason: CA LB HH

26/01111/FL – Land East Of Wrotham Transmitting Station London Road Wrotham Sevenoaks Kent – Eliza Ecclestone is applying for permanent change of use of land from agriculture to a mixed use of agriculture, dog play paddock and walking fi eld (sui generis). Reason: HA MD

26/01105/FL – Hamptons Cottage Oxenhoath Road Hadlow Tonbridge Kent TN11 9SS – Mrs L Chivers is applying for demolition of existing outbuilding and erection of a detached single storey dwelling with associated landscaping (Self Build).

HA Site is over 1ha.HH Householder application-As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
