26/00530/OUT Land At North Benfleet Hall North Benfleet Hall Road North Benfleet Essex Outline planning application (with all matters reserved, other than access) for the demolition of existing structures and mixed-use development to provide up to 950 residential dwellings, including specialist housing (use C2/C3/Sui Generis); flexible commercial and community floorspace (use classes E/F2/Sui Generis); Education uses (use classes E and F1); plus associated open space, landscaping, suitable alternative natural greenspaces (SANG), drainage, construction of internal road/cycleways/footpaths, road improvements and other associated ancillary works and infrastructure.
