NOTICE OF PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY ORDER
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 SECTION 257 AND
PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14
WYRE FOREST DISTRICT COUNCIL
Wyre Forest District Council (Public Bridleway No 535(B)
(part) in the Parish of Kidderminster) Diversion Order 2026
The above order was made on 2nd June 2026. The effect of the Order will
be to divert the public bridleway on the line forming part of Public Bridleway
No 535(B) shown by a bold black line between Point A (Ordnance Survey
Grid Reference (OSGR SO 384945 275596) and Point B (OSGR SO 385070
275637) as shown on the Order map and approximately 133 metres in
length and create an alternative bridleway on a line shown by bold black
dashes between Point A and Point B as shown on the Order map and
approximately 131 metres in length the bridleway will be surfaced with a
crushed stone / hoggin surface that is edged and cambered for drainage
and will be a width of 3 metres.
A copy of the order and order map may be seen free of charge at Wyre
Forest House Finepoint Way Kidderminster DY11 7WF from 10am to 4pm
on Monday to Friday (save for public or bank holidays). Copies of the
order and map may be bought there at the price of £5.
Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent or delivered
in writing addressed to the Director of Legal and Governance at Wyre
Forest House Finepoint Way Kidderminster DY11 7WF (CB/HT6/55) not
later than 13 July 2026. Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no representations or objections are made, or if any made are withdrawn,
Wyre Forest District Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed
order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for
confirmation any representations and objections which have not been
withdrawn will be sent with the order.
