Longtown - Highway Stopping Up Order

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (West Midlands) (No.7) Order 2026” authorising the stopping up of an irregularly shaped southern part-width of Cayo Farm Access Road at Longtown, in the county of Herefordshire. This is to enable development as permitted by Herefordshire Council under reference P143030F.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting SUO4413581). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Herefordshire Council, Economy & Environment Directorate, Plough Lane, Hereford, HR4 0LE.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 25 June 2026.
