The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The Council has received the following planning application which affects a Conservation Area.
A/26/101032/FULL Leigh Market Hall Spinning Gate Leigh WN7 4PG.
External alterations including new full height entrance following demolition of the existing porch entrance structure on Gas Street, replacement roof with PV panels and roof mounted plant and equipment; installation of replacement automated service yard shutter doors; new openings in external elevations to accommodate air vents/mechanical installations; replacement of existing gates/vehicle barrier; and provision of external cycle parking stands. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
