The reasons for the advertisement are:

Any representations should be submitted in writing to the Council within 21 days of the date of this Notice. If the application is for householder development and permission is refused, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage if it is dealt with on the basis of representations in writing.

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 (1A) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Proposed development at Land At Shrubbs Farm, Edgefield Road, Edgefield, Melton Constable Norfolk, I give notice that CJC Lee (Saxthorpe) Ltd is applying to the North Norfolk District Council for planning permission for:

The erection of 6 new poultry buildings and associated development, including a general purpose block, pump room, substation, switch room, changing unit, welfare block, feed silos, a water tank, propane gas cylinders, air scrubbers, heat exchangers, a new access road, drainage works and associated infrastructure and works [Note Amended Description of Development]

The proposal is a Major Development, is accompanied by an Environmental Statement and affects a Public Right of Way.
