Any representations should be submitted in writing to the Council within 21 days of the date of this Notice. If the application is for householder development and permission is refused, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage if it is dealt with on the basis of representations in writing.

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 (1A) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Proposed development at Land At Shrubbs Farm, Edgefield Road, Edgefield, Melton Constable Norfolk, I give notice that CJC Lee (Saxthorpe) Ltd is applying to the North Norfolk District Council for planning permission for:

The proposal is a Major Development, is accompanied by an Environmental Statement and affects a Public Right of Way.
