Notice is hereby given that applications have been received by the City and County of Swansea as Local Planning Authority for planning permission for the following developments:

A. APPLICATIONS FOR LISTED BUILDING CONSENT:

SITE: PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT:
Fairwood Lodge Upper Killay Swansea
SA2 7JX
Necessary upgrading and remedial works to the existing
fire stopping to achieve the required fire regulations as
set out in the Building Regulations (Application for Listed
Building Consent) (Ref: 2026/1029/LBC).
Former Hafod Laboratory Neath Road
Swansea SA1 2JT
Proposed external works to the Former Hafod Laboratory
comprising the formation of a new service vehicle access,
creation of two accessible car parking spaces, associated
highway works, installation of a dry riser inlet and outlet,
external lighting (including lighting fixed to the building),
hard and soft landscaping and other associated works.
(application for Listed Building Consent) (Ref: 2026/0983/LBC).
