e) Listed Building Consent for the erection of a single storey extension, retaining wall and patio to rear, alterations to reduce eaves height and raise pitch of roof and installation of replacement windows and door to existing single storey side extension, installation of first floor window to side, removal of chimney breast, rear windows to form openings into extension, external kitchen door and frame with blocking up of door opening and external flue and installation of new cast iron/alumac guttering and fall pipes at The Cottage 1 Ladywell Gate Welton HU15 1NL
