What is planned?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been made to the BOROUGH COUNCIL of NEWCASTLE-UNDERLYME for planning permission for the development set out below: -

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010 Article 13

1. Variation of condition 17 of planning permission 26/00068/FUL to amend the reference to the amount of green open space being provided on site from a minimum of 5.08ha of green open space to a minimum of 3.90ha of green open space at Baldwins Gate Farm, Newcastle Road, Baldwins Gate, ST5 5ES by Bellway Homes Limited. File ref: 26/00447/FUL

During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice, you may call in to Castle House Barracks Road Newcastleunder- Lyme ST5 1BL at any time between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays only to inspect the application plans and documents.

Alternatively, the applications may be viewed online at www.newcastle-staffs.gov.uk 

Any person who wishes to make representations to the above mentioned Council should make them in writing within that period to the Development Control Manager, Regeneration and Development Services Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under- Lyme ST5 1BL or e-mail to planningapplications@newcastle-staffs.gov.uk  

Please bear in mind that any communication you send will be open to inspection by, and may be copied to, other parties.
