I give notice that on 1 June 2026 Vistry Homes Ltd applied to Cherwell District Council for planning permission for Discharge of Condition 5 (CEMP) of 23/00853/OUT
The proposal constitutes the discharge of pre-commencement conditions in conjunction with an approved “major” development that was supported by an Environmental Statement.
Members of the public may inspect copies of:
• the application and plans
• the original environmental statement
• and other documents submitted with the application
at Cherwell District Council offices, 39 Castle Quay, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX16 5FD between the hours of 8.45am-5.15pm Monday to Friday inclusive during the period of 30 days beginning with the date of this notice. Details of the application are available to view through the Council’s website via the Online Planning Service at https://planningregister.cherwell.gov.uk/. Please be advised that details of the application may be amended at any time before a final decision is issued, therefore you are advised to monitor the application’s progress via the Online Planning Service where amended plans will be posted. Should you wish to receive updates, please register online using the “Track an Application” option.
Members of the public may obtain copies of the application and the Environmental Statement by prior appointment from Vistry Homes Ltd, C/o Agent (Savills),55 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2AA. There may be a cost involved for obtaining a copy of the environmental statement.
