26/01432/FPH - 39 The Avenue, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 9RQ - Single storey rear and side extensions following demolition of existing garage. Alterations to existing fenestration. Installation of solar panels to existing rear roof slope.

26/01402/FP - 10 High Street, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG5 1BH - Installation 1x packaged refrigeration unit and 3x floor mounted AC units with protection rails onto existing flat roof.

26/01460/FP - 25 Leys Avenue, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 3EP - Installation of illuminated defibrillator and bleed kit cabinets to external wall.

26/01466/FPH - Hexton Manor, Hexton, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG5 3JH - Installation of underground oil tank. (Development already carried out).

Notice Under Article 15 - Proposal Contrary To Local Development Plan
26/01373/S73 - Site Of Former Greenside, London Road, Langley, Hertfordshire, SG4 7PP - Variation of Condition 1 (Approved drawings) of planning permission reference 24/00671/FP granted on 25.10.2024 for Erection of six detached 4-bed dwellings following demolition of existing dwelling/outbuildings and builder yard buildings. (Amended plans received 13/08/24).

26/01404/LBC - Old Ramerick Manor, Bedford Road, Ickleford, Hertfordshire, SG5 3SB - Replacement front door. Install two roof vent tiles to North Elevation. Internal alterations including replacement flooring within the hallway, cloakroom and boot room together with installation of ensuite to Bedroom 5.

26/01484/LBC - 57 High Street, Ashwell, Baldock, Hertfordshire, SG7 5NP - Replace existing front door.

26/01392/LBC - Old Ramerick Manor, Bedford Road, Ickleford, Hertfordshire, SG5 3SB - Single storey rear extension with raised reflection pond area. Alterations to fenestration and insertion of one rooflight on the courtyard east elevation roof slope. External rendering and internal alterations.

26/00852/LBC - The Glade, The Glade, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 3LN - Internal alterations to include removal of late 20th century infills to dining, reception, lounge and front entrance; extend side lounge wall within canopy area, replace existing kitchen window with double French door and side windows. Replace bedroom 3 window with French doors and windows and installation of first floor balcony. External rendering.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the Proposal should submit them in writing to this office by no later than 23 days from the date of this notice. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
