The following applications have been received by the Council. The reason for advertising is indicated at the end of the details of the application. The reason abbreviations are LB = Listed Building; CA = Conservation Area; PFP = Public right of way; TPO = Tree Preservation Order; Anc Mon = Ancient Monument.

LB PL/26/04090/HB The Old Tithe Hall Farm Barns Thornton Road, Beachampton Listed building application for replacement of existing internal and external light fittings. Introduction of additional light fittings including, recessed LED down lights, ground-mounted up lighters to selected stone walls and fireplaces and surface mounted linear LED to the tops of exposed wooden roof trusses. Like-for-like replacement of external wall lantern and security floodlight. Installation of additional 13 amp twin sockets to first floor. Replacement of existing on/off switches with dimmer switches.

Affects setting of LB PL/26/04198/FA Manor Cottage 59 High Road Soulbury Installation of an electric sliding gate and associated brick piers. LB in CA PL/26/04863/VRC Church Farm 4 Stratford Road Nash Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) attached to planning permission 09/02311/APP (Demolition of eastern additions to farmhouse alteration to farmhouse including conversion of attached barn to residential and Demolition of outbuilding and erection of new home office/gym and garage) to allow for fenestration amendments and removing the need for an external biomass boiler, as heating is incorporated into the main house.
