I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
6 Rodney Close Tynemouth – APPLICATION NO: 26/00900/FULH
MD Consults is applying for planning permission for Installation of PV/Solar panels over 2 roof areas, 10 number panels per roof 5 panels over 5 panels Vertical.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

Installation of one additional internal dome camera with associated cabling, including limited new internal trunking where required, and reinstatement of fire stopping following minor penetrations.
