Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications within a conservation area or affecting a listed building:
Sandylay House Mill Lane Great Leighs Chelmsford Essex Proposed two storey side extension, part single storey part two storey front and side extension and single storey front extension. Single storey rear link extension connecting the main house to the outbuilding.
Two single storey side extensions to outbuilding. Ref No. 26/00538/FUL
Applications can be viewed on our website at www.chelmsford.gov.uk/planning or at the Council offices in Duke Street, Chelmsford during normal opening hours.
Comments can be submitted on the website or by writing to the Council at P.O. Box 7544, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE by 17th July 2025.
