Notice is hereby given that Derbyshire Dales District Council proposes in accordance with s.123 of the Local Government Act to dispose of 1.7 acres or thereabouts of land at
Northwood Recreation Ground, Thorncliffe Avenue, Darley Dale, Matlock by way of lease to Northwood and Tinkersley Parish Council.
