Notice Of An Application For Planning Permission

Notice is given that an application has been made to the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham by LB Crowlands Heath Limited to obtain planning permission for:

Application No: 26/00755/FULL

Proposal: Demolition of existing buildings and structures, reprofiling of land and redevelopment of the site to provide 1,298 residential dwellings flats (Class C3), community/retail unit (Classes E, E(a), and F2), residential management suite, new highway junction to Crow Lane and alterations to existing highway junction to Wood Lane, artificial multi-use games area (MUGA), padel courts, enhancement works to Wantz Boating Lake, and associated car parking, landscaping, open space, play space and infrastructure, and other works. This application is an EIA development and is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

Location: Crowlands Heath Golf Course, Wood Lane, Dagenham, Barking and Dagenham, RM8 1JX.

This application is EIA development and is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

The application represents a ‘Major’ development.

The application site is located within designated Green belt land.

This is a cross-boundary development that also includes land within the London Borough of Havering.

Be First, a wholly Council owned company, is processing planning applications on behalf of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham Council.
