Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way as the case may be for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2026/00803: HEADLEY HALL HEADLEY GROVE HEADLEY KT18 6NR: Proposed Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) to serve the annexe.
MO/2026/00773: 220 LOWER ROAD BOOKHAM KT23 4DE: Demolition of existing car port and conservatory. Erection of two storey rear extension, single storey rear/side extension, replacement roof with increased ridge height, installation of photovoltaic panels on front roof slope and central flat roofed section, and fenestration changes including additional windows to southwest side elevation. Copies of these applications and plans are open for inspection at www.molevalley.gov.uk.
