Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to Derbyshire Dales District Council for planning permission/listed building consent in the weeks from 5 June 2026 as follows:
26/00586/FUL – Demolition of existing buildings and erection of 5no. dwellings following Class Q approval (application ref no. 25/00526/PDA) – Land off Dog Lane, Hulland Ward (S)
26/00629/LBALT – Remove modern staircase and widen existing doorway – Brookdale House, Brackendale Lane, Bradbourne (L)
26/00640/LBALT – New and replacement external lighting to the front elevation of the dwelling – Grey House, 61 Church Street, Ashbourne (C)(L)(S)
26/00654/LBALT – Retention of a second floor en-suite shower room, MDF dado panelling, and installation of UPVC double-glazed windows – 37A St John Street, Ashbourne (L)(S)
Applications with the suffix C may affect a Conservation Area
Applications with the suffix L may affect the character of a Listed Building
Applications with the suffix S may affect the setting of a Listed Building
The applications may be inspected on-line at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk.
Any person wishing to make representations about any of the applications should do so in writing within 21 days to the Regulatory Services Section, Town Hall, Matlock, DE4 3NN, quoting the relevant application number.
