CATEGORY A – Applications for Planning Permission under Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning
(Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

Ref: 20331/APP/2026/1043 Proposed development at: Hawthorne Court, Ryefield Crescent, Northwood I give notice that BPT Northwood Hills Limited is applying for Planning Permission for: Conversion of commercial (Use Class E) space to residential units comprising 15 selfcontained (Use Class C3) (Application for Prior Approval under Schedule 2, Part 3, Class MA of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended)). 

Ref: 1127/APP/2026/1323 Proposed development at: Uxbridge College, Parks Road, Uxbridge I give notice that Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge is applying for Planning Permission for: Demolition of an existing single-storey building and its replacement with a temporary three-storey portakabin building for a period of 5 years.

Ref: 15023/APP/2026/826 37 Grange Road, Hayes Proposal: Subdivision of existing 3 bed dwelling into 2x 2 bed dwelling, Erection of a part single, part two-storey extension to the side and rear, conversion of roof space to habitable use to include a rear dormer and side dormer with associated parking, amenity space, refuse and cycle storage. (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the council, affect the character or appearance of Hayes Village Conservation Area).

Ref: 80004/ADV/2026/27 West London Models – 214 High Street, Harlington Proposal: Installation of a non-illuminated fascia sign (Retrospective application) (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the council, affect the character or appearance of Harlington Village Conservation Area).
