The application will either be determined under delegated powers or by the Planning (Regulatory) Committee. Members of the public can, by prior arrangement, speak at meetings of the Planning (Regulatory) Committee. Please contact Planning Services for further details. Please quote reference number FUL/2026/0023 on all correspondence.
