The following applications have been submitted to the Council: Electronic copies of these and their plans may be inspected between 9:00am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday inclusive, at: Elizabeth House, Walpole Loke, Dereham, Norfolk, NR19 1EE, or online at: www.breckland.gov.uk. All comments must be submitted within 21 days of this notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and submitted on-line at: www.breckland.gov.uk/planning/search.

OLD BUCKENHAM Albemarle House, The Green – Demolish existing conservatory and erection of new rear extension. PL/2026/0795/HOU 2.

NORTH ELMHAM Fortunes Well, 25 Holt Road – Proposed replacement of existing bungalow and garage with new 6-bedroom house and garage. PL/2026/0809/FULM 2.

SWAFFHAM Strattons Hotel, 4 Ash Close – Change of use of commercial cafe (Class E) to 2 bed holiday let accommodation (Class C1), including completion of the balcony structure approved under planning permission 3PL/2015/0062/F for use of the holiday accommodation, associated with the Hotel, with associated external/internal alterations including two new windows to the East elevation. PL/2026/0661/FMN 1 2.

OLD BUCKENHAM Apple Tree House, Church Lane – External refurbishment of a double garage which includes; re-roof with natural slate, replace rain water good with black aluminium, extend roof by 1.2m to south and west to provide rain canopy and log store, replace double garage door with single, reclad elevations in vertical timber. PL/2026/0800/HOU 1 2.

MUNDFORD 6 Crown Road – Internal alterations, external enhancements to the existing dwelling including the enlargement of windows, construction of a detached garage, installation of solar photovoltaic panels and the addition of a rooflight and front porch. PL/2026/0797/HOU 2.

GREAT HOCKHAM Horn Fair Thatch, Shropham Road – replace rotten Storm sure casement window with a flush casement window and 12mm Slimlite glazing. Renew failed render in lime with drip detail, remove non-breathable paint, carry out local lime repointing as required, and finish with limewash. PL/2026/0816/LB 1 2.

QUIDENHAM Land off Station Road, Eccles – Modify S.106 agreement Schedule 2 on PL/2024/0911/VAR to make all affordable housing plots social rent. PL/2026/0822/DPO

OLD BUCKENHAM The Cottage, Church Lane – Erection of detached garage. PL/2026/0812/HOU 1 2.
