Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:
L0003.26, Bower Farm Cottage, 79 Orange Tree Hill, Romford, Havering-atte-bower. Urgent like-for-like repair of fishscale clay roof tiles, lead valley gutters and crested ridge tiles to the Grade II listed Bower Farm Cottage, following active water ingress. No change to the character or appearance of the building.
The development is in a Conservation Area.
The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan.
