Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:
26/0595/FUL/LP: Land Rear Of Blenheim House, Marlborough Drive, Bushey. Construction of 59 residential dwellings and associated car and cycle parking, bin storage and landscaping. Reason: Major Development, Departure from the Local Plan, and Listed Building.
26/0710/FUL/1HHO: 37 High Street, Bushey, WD23 1BD. Two storey rear and single storey infill extensions and change of use of retail space at first and second floor level to create 5x self contained dwellings. Reason: Conservation Area.
Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
