• Endcot, North Market Road, Winterton; Demolition of existing porch and replacement with new front extension; Formation of new front entrance door; Insertion of two windows to rear elevation. Application No 06/26/0418/HH (1)
• 44 North Quay, Great Yarmouth; Retrospective Change of Use of a dwelling (use class C3) to a 4-bedroom 4-person House in Multiple Occupation (use class C4). Application No 06/26/0453/CU (1)
• 20 The Great Court, Royal Naval Hospital, Queens Road, Great Yarmouth; Installation of EV charging unit within the rear garden and cabling through the rear wall; Installation of a cat flap in the rear door. Application No 06/26/0402/LB (2)
• The Grange Hotel, Yarmouth Road, Ormesby St Margaret; Retrospective application to vary Conditions 1 and 4 of pp. 06/24/0769/CU (Retrospective application for the change of use of hotel and grounds (Use Class C1) to restaurant use (Class E(b) – food and drink)) – Amendments to approved plans and the layout of the car park, and amendments to allow siting of “display cars” within the site but outside of designated parking areas.
