PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC EVENT PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF AFFORDABLE HOMES AND ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE LAND NORTH OF STRATHMORE TERRACE, ALYTH, PH11 8DP
A 2nd Public Consultation Event will take place in person in the Main Hall at Alyth Town Hall, Albert Street, Alyth, PH11 8AX on the following date and time: Thursday 2ndJuly from 15:30-19:30
The first public consultation event displayed exhibition boards showcasing our initial concepts and thoughts for developing the site with a questionnaire / comments form to complete and submit for ideas and input from the general public and community members.
The second public consultation event will display more detailed plans shaped from initial public feedback. This session will also include a Q&A Session with the developer and team to gain further insight into the development.
This gives a chance for visitors to view any changes or alterations to the proposals and make any final comments before a planning application is submitted.
Any representations or suggestions for change to proposals shared within the two public consultation events or to Alyth Community Council direct, will help shape the development. All representations / suggestions will be included in a Pre-Application Consultation report to accompany any future planning application.

Those wishing to make comments on the proposals may do so at the above events and/or in writing by email to the above address and no later than Friday 10th July 2026.
Please note that all written representations must be sent to the above address and NOT to Perth and Kinross Council.
An opportunity to make representations to the Council will exist when a formal planning application is made.
