Lincoln - Multiple Planning Applications For Listed Building
What is planned?
The following applications have been submitted for Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent or fall within a Conservation Area.
• 2026/0359/LBC: 1 Castle Hill: Internal alterations including installation of extractventilation and boiler flue, conversion of first floor WC to plant room, formation of ensuites to existing bedrooms including new internal access, and associated works. (Listed Building Consent)
• 2026/0329/FUL: Land The Rear Of Foley House, The Grove: Erection of dwelling.
• 2026/0299/FUL: Crown House, Danesgate: External alterations to include modifications to windows and doors, cladding and replacement glazing.
• 2026/0349/FUL: 32 Broadgate: Change of use from HMO (Use Class C4) to 2 no. flats (Use Class C3) at ground floor level.
• 2026/0345/LBC: 80 Newland: Repair and redecoration of render, window repairs and painting, brick repairs and repointing, and internal repairs, redecoration and WC and kitchen replacement. (Listed Building Consent).
The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
