b) WL/2026/00539: Upton: M Rollinson: 17 Main St: replace front porch (affects right of way).
c) WL/2026/00548: Upton: Lincolnshire Waste Removal and Clearances: Land off Avenue B: siting of 3 shipping containers & associated works. (major app) (affects right of way).
d) WL/2026/00550: Laughton: K Wilbur: Laughton Methodist Church, Scotter Rd: erection of disabled ramp. (affects right of way).
