For planning permission to: North Thanet Link (NTL) to include creation of new highway link between the A28 south of Birchington and Acol Hill; widening of Manston Road (Birchington); new highway link
between Manston Road and Columbus Avenue (Acol); widening and part realignment of Shottendane Road; new highway link between Shottendane Road and Manston Road (Margate); creation of new junctions (primarily roundabouts), signalised crossings and junction improvements along NTL route; associated works including drainage ponds/ features, lighting, access alterations, landscaping, environmental mitigation and temporary construction compounds.
