I give notice that: East Midlands Waste Management Ltd is applying to: Cambridgeshire County Council for: Section 73A planning application to continue the importation of controlled inert wastes for the buttressing, stabilisation and restoration of a former mineral extraction face together with an associated waste reception area.

Informative: Section 73 planning application to vary condition 6 (Temporary Duration of Permission) of planning permission CCC/25/006/VAR to amend the timescale for the completion of the restoration of the eastern buttress by 1 August 2027. The importation and deposit of waste fill material has now ceased. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted with it at: Cambridgeshire County Council, New Shire Hall, Emery Crescent, Enterprise Campus, Alconbury Weald, PE28 4YE (by appointment by contacting 01223 715518).
