The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent and would affect the setting of a Listed Building

1. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for the Internal alterations including subdivision of first floor, removal of fire escape and existing door and window and insertion of replacement window, removal of parts of original truss, addition of new staircase, replacement flat roof to rear and rooflights with associated works at Huddersfield Grammar School, Luck Lane, Marsh, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2026/91254 & 2026/91255.

The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent, would affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

2. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for the Change of use and alteration of former Class E(e) clinic to form 7 Class C2 assisted living units with staff facilities, including removal of existing conservatory, fire escapes and doors at 7, Halifax Road, Edgerton, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2026/91407 & 2026/91408.

The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building

3. Erection of extension and alterations to first floor of detached garage to create dwelling forming annex accommodation associated with 246, Fleminghouse Lane, Almondbury, Huddersfield at 246, Fleminghouse Lane, Almondbury, Huddersfield. Application No. 2026/91341.

The following planning applications have been received which are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

4. Alterations to convert and erection of extensions to former garage and store to create dwelling forming annex accommodation associated with 5, Underbank Old Road, Holmfirth at 5, Underbank Old Road, Holmfirth. Application No. 2026/91344.

5. Installation of one rooflight to the front roof slope at 21, Hightown Lane, Holmfirth. Application No. 2026/91361.
