Ref: DMPA/2026/0024 (Affects a conservation area; Affects a listed building; Affects the setting of a listed building; Affects a public right of way) Reinstate former use as hotel, restaurant and wedding venue, construction of an orangery to form cafe/restaurant, construction of single storey hotel bedroom accommodation and workshops with associated hard and soft landscaping at The Lady in Grey, Milne Lane, Shardlow, DE72 2HA

DMPA/2026/0374 (Affects a conservation area; Affects the setting of a listed building) The replacement of Windows at 4 Mill Green, The Wharf, Shardlow, Derby DE72 2WE

DMPA/2026/0628 (Major development; Contrary to the development plan; Affects a public right of way) Erection of 38 dwellings, access, parking, landscaping and associated works at Land off Moor Lane, Aston-on- Trent, Derbyshire

DMPA/2026/0675 (Major development) The variation of condition no. 2 of permission ref. DMPA/2024/0170 (relating to plans to include solar panels) for Approval of Reserved Matters (scale, appearance, layout, and landscaping) for the erection of 214 no. affordable dwellings and associated infrastructure pursuant to the granted Outline Planning Permission ref.

DMPA/2021/1687 on Land east of Chellaston Lane and south of Shardlow Road, Derby

Applications may be viewed at planning.southderbyshire. gov.uk or during working hours at the Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0AH. Any comments must be made in writing, quoting the application reference number, within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice (not including public holidays).

This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and/or associated subordinate legislation.

Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, all representations received become documents, which the public has a right to read and copy.
